What kind of a job can orphans find when they grow up?

"Summer Sea Academy"

Life of the young people that are orphans, semi-orphans or unemployed is not easy. Since their early childhood they face with many problems. The financial problem is probably the biggest one. These young people could cope with this problem if they find a job, but very often they don’t have the needed qualification for that. They lack skills and knowledge that could help them to find a permanent job that would bring them income and would be a basis for a long-term professional realization.

Seafriends Club – Varna organises "Summer sea academy" campaign in order to help these young people from the region of Varna to acquire professional skills.

"Summer sea academy" gives an opportunity to the youths in a disadvantaged social situation to acquire qualification on naval professions that will give them an opportunity for professional realization and social integration.

An additional chance for the youths is the engagement on behalf of Seafriends Club – Varna to help the youths to continue their qualification and to find a proper job.

Involved in the "Summer Sea Academy" youths receive a naval qualification (diver and vessel driver of an up to 20 BRT) that is a good possibility for a future professional realization in the active tourist season as well as out of it.

If you would like to help these youths in a disadvantaged social situation to live their life with dignity, make a donation for "Summer sea academy" campaign!

The funds donated by you will be given for carrying out of Summer Sea Academy in the summer of 2007.
